This summer, Ryan Anderson on the Pioneer team took two trips to Europe with staff and students.

The first trip had two teachers and 11 students going to Ireland, England, and France that lasted 12 days.

Teachers that went with Anderson were Josh Thuenemann and Michelle Barnhart.

“We had lots of fun and got to see so many cool things,” Anderson said.

The second trip Anderson went on was just him and nine OTMS students.  They went to Austria, Germany and Switzerland for 11 days.

Some students went to Costa Rica with former FACS teacher Misty Couch.  Eighth grader Julianne Powell chose to go to see and travel to places other than the USA.

“My favorite part of the trip was probably getting to hang out and meet new people and also trying things out of my comfort zone like ziplining, kayaking, and white water rafting,” Powell said.

If students are interested in traveling with Anderson in 2024, an informational meeting is scheduled for September 20 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Enroll using this link: https://bit.ly/3Bri53b.
